Rankings:

There are 16 rankings. 9 Member Ranks, 4 Moderator ranks, and 3 Owner ranks. You can climb ranks, or you can decline back a rank. You can go to: Practice Battles, Invasions, etc, to be promoted. Leader/Co-leader/Warlord ranks make posts.  If you want a high rank to be impeached, you comment, and we’ll have a poll which says if he/she stays or goes. Leaders are the main army people, Co-Leaders help the leaders, and Warlords and 3ic lead if Co-Leaders or leaders aren’t on.

Government:

The NW Empire is basically a Democratic Republic. A mix between the two forms of government known as a Democracy and a Republic. A Democratic is a government by the people, in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections. Basically the “people” vote for the elected officials of their choice. A Republic is a government in which the supreme power resides in the body of citizens or the “people” entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them. Basically the “people” choose for a person to represent them as a whole to vote for elected officials.

These people will help the NW make decisions. Come to meetings and help when they are needed.

9. No constantly using capital letters on Xat as this gets very annoying.
